REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate and a National Diploma in Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Management, or a related equivalent qualification at NQF Level 6.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ supervisory experience in the financial management field is required.

DUTIES

Control and coordinate the budget.
-
Manage and coordinate the Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF), drawings, budget adjustments, and the Estimates of National Expenditure (ENE) process.

Ensure that the branch budget is correctly allocated to relevant responsibilities and cost centres.

Realign the budget in line with the branch’s operational needs.

Manage the funds shifting process.

Manage restitution households and current payments.
-
Ensure compliance with internal and external financial prescripts when processing payments.

Verify and authorise payments in line with delegated responsibilities.
