SALARY: R468 459 – R551 823 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

REQUIREMENTS:
- An NQF Level 6 qualification, as recognised by SAQA, in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Management of Training, Industrial Psychology or Organisational Psychology.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a Human Resource Development environment at a supervisory level.
- Knowledge of Performance Management Systems;
- the Skills Development Act;
- Skills Development Levies Act;
- Adult Basic Education and Training Act;
- Employment Equity Act;
- Basic Conditions of Employment Act;
- and departmental bursary schemes.

DUTIES:
Key Performance Areas:
- Facilitate the implementation of skills development programmes.
- Facilitate the implementation of internship and learnership programmes.
- Facilitate the implementation of study assistance programmes.
- Facilitate the payment processes for all programmes.
- Maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders. Manage human, financial and other resources.
