REQUIREMENTS:
An appropriate three-year National Diploma or Degree in the Built Environment or an equivalent relevant qualification at NQF Level 6, as recognised by SAQA. A minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience, including exposure to Local Government, of which at least three (3) years should be at an Assistant Director level.

DUTIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the MISA Provincial Manager within the province. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; managing Technical Support Plans for municipalities within the province; monitoring and reporting on technical support activities in line with MISA’s Monitoring and Evaluation Framework; and identifying, managing, and mitigating risks within MISA.
