SALARY:
R1 813 182 per annum (Level 15), an all-inclusive remuneration package.
- The package consists of a basic salary (70% of the total package), the State’s contribution to the Government Employees Pension Fund (13% of the basic salary), and a flexible portion structured according to personal needs within an approved framework.

REQUIREMENTS:
- An appropriate Degree in the Built Environment (Engineering, Law, Public Administration/Management, Finance) or an equivalent relevant qualification at NQF Level 8, as recognised by SAQA, with a minimum of eight (8) years’ extensive experience at senior management level.

DUTIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Overseeing the provision of infrastructure management support for municipal infrastructure projects, operations, and maintenance

Providing infrastructure programme coordination

Coordinating the development and implementation of the National Framework for contracting municipal infrastructure services
-
Facilitating processes that support innovation and sourcing of funding (e.g. grants, donor funding, loans, PPPs) for infrastructure development
