Requirements
An appropriate National Diploma or Degree in Organisational Development, Management Services, or an equivalent qualification at NQF Level 6, as recognised by SAQA.
A minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience, of which at least 3 years must be at Assistant Director level, performing organisational development and labour relations functions.

Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Monitoring, coordinating, and maintaining departmental organograms

Managing the PERSAL staff establishment and ensuring data integrity
-
Overseeing the development of job descriptions and providing advisory support
-
Managing process mapping and standard operating procedure (SOP) services
-
Managing job evaluation processes
-
Guiding and managing misconduct and disciplinary processes
-
Managing and facilitating grievance processes
-
Managing appeals processes
-
Representing the employer in chambers, councils, and CCMA labour matters
-
Managing collective bargaining processes
